Once your order is placed, we'll begin reviewing your personalization details. Within a few business days, you'll receive a digital proof of your custom label by email. Production begins only after your proof has been approved.
Each order is made specifically for your wedding, so please allow approximately four weeks for production before your order ships.

You'll receive one digital proof to review before production begins. Please carefully check all spelling, dates, and details before approving your proof. Production cannot begin until approval is received.
Returns & Order Changes
Because every wedding favor is custom made and personalized specifically for your order, all sales are final.
Once production has begun, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated. If you need to update your personalization before approving your proof, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist.
